This is the case due to the fulfillment certain predetermined factors. The hold on the book will be placed for a specific time period mostly tw o weeks. During this time period the customer needs to take custody of the book. However if variable feedbacks are communicated to the customer by the librarian, the decision made will be based on concrete evidence.
